Weber’s Way to Grill has 320 pages of photos, instructive captions and comprehensive quality recipes all intended showing anyone how to grill so you can understand and improve your grilling techniques at your own pace using sound background information. The 320 pages are packed with 40 beef recipes, 22 pork recipes, 27 poultry recipes, 35 for seafood, 27 for vegetables and 10 for fruit. There are 21 recipes for tasty rubs, 20 for marinades and 14 yummy recipes for sauces.
Weber’s Way to Grill is available from Amazon for less than the list price of $24.95 (save 35%) and with seventy-eight 5-star customer reviews there is plenty of positive feedback. This is now the fifth book that Jamie Purviance and Weber have produced together and like its predecessors it too is stuffed full of recipes and those all essential grilling tips. What is truly unique about this cookbook is the 1000+ full colour photographs, many of which are arranged in storyboard format to clearly demonstrate the technique or recipe. Much easier to follow than the usual explanations with vague sketches or worse no images. It is so much easier to decide what to attempt next when there are good pictures of the end results.
